Export the entire library to Excel, or import your edited workbook to replace all sections, subsections, terms and explanations.
Sheet 1: Sections (column A, in order).
Sheet 2: Subsections (section headings on row 1; subsections in order below).
Sheet 3: Terms (A–G: title, section, subsection, explanation, detail, going further, customer question and answer).
In column G, use two lines: Q: your question then A: your answer. Imports replace and publish the shared Cloudflare library for everyone. Reloading the page also fetches the latest data.
